RUNELL is a Registered Occupational Therapist with 30 years of experience in clinical work with children and adults from all

socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures in public agencies and private practice.  She provides assessments for children's psychological status, academic levels, social functioning,

and ADL’s (activity of daily living) training. Runell is trained in techniques that addressed the emotional problems of children that are classified as ADD, ADHD, Depressed, Defiant, Failure to Thrive,

Autistic, Aggressive and Drug or Alcohol dependent children. She also provides instruction in parental education for all caregivers and parenting classes.

CLAY is a Resource Specialist, Credentialed Special Education Teacher in the State of California for over 20 years. She received her

MA degree in Special Education from California State University San Bernardino. She has a Clear

Specialist Instruction in Special Education, a Professional Multiple Subject Credential and Resource Specialist Certificate of Competence. She has worked with hundreds of children in both

regular education and special education classrooms. She has taught children with autism, specific learning disabilities, severely

handicapped, learning disabled, developmentally disabled, high achievers and the average student. Clay has learned that

mental abilities have little to do with discipline, whether a student has an IQ of 60 or 160, discipline can be a problem. Discipline has always been a number one priority in her classrooms. Creating a

successful teaching environment depends upon many factors, and working with the parents has always been the most important

factor. Clay has designed and implemented hundreds of behavior plans for all types of families
